We have upgraded our warehousing and fulfillment systems to accommodate for the increased demand and to ensure we are able to provide swift and excellent service, around the clock. 


As a result, orders are only marked as "fulfilled" once they have been successfully delivered to you, this is to ensure all open and pending orders are attended to accordingly and allow us to keep closer tabs on what is happening with the customer parcels. 


No need to worry, on placing your order, you will still receive the following notifications and communications from our fulfillment partner.


  1. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which notifies you that we have received your order and it is now either ready to head on over to the processing queue or still await payment depending on your chosen payment method. 
  2. As soon as your order moves into the processing queue to be picked and packed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  3. After your order has been processed, it is now awaiting courier handover. At this stage, you will receive another notification stating that your parcel has been handed over alongside your tracking details.
  4. You will receive a final notification that your parcel has been delivered.
